Pawneet Abramowski is a seasoned Compliance and Risk Management Executive with over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of PARC Solutions LLC, a strategic advisory firm helping financial institutions and innovative companies align operations with regulatory standards, strengthen governance, and enable digital transformation.

Her career includes senior roles as Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as leadership positions at CIT Group Inc., RBC Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley. Before entering the private sector, she served in investigative roles with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on global terrorism cases.

Ms. Abramowski is the President-Elect (2025–2027) of the Financial Women’s Association, an Independent Board Director for NASDAQ-listed companies, and Chair of the Advisory Board at Adelphi University’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business.

 

She holds an MBA, MA, and BA from Adelphi University and St. John’s University respectively.
